PLANNING PROCESS

• At our meeting
  When we meet, we will go through all the elements of your wedding ceremony - vows, rings, readings, everything - including recommendations for wedding vendors, suggestions for music, your family considerations, your wedding party choices, location characteristics, and everything else involved in planning your special day.
• Reserving my services
  Once we meet, you may reserve your date and time with a non-refundable deposit of half the fee. Your deposit then applies towards the fee. Once you've reserved my services, I will get right to work on your ceremony scripting, writing up everything that we worked on at our meeting. The other half of the fee is due at the wedding rehearsal.
• After we meet
  Within a week or two after we meet, you will receive the entire wedding ceremony scripting, 8 - 10 pages long, completely written up from scratch for your review. Your scripting will be a clear, well-organized document, completely detailed and complete. This writing out of the scripting for your review is especially important and unique to my services. I undertake this effort so that you will always know exactly what to expect. With this complete scripting in hand, you will feel secure and confident knowing that your wedding ceremony is personalized and customized to reflect your beliefs, values, and wishes.
• Changes
  Once you receive your scripting, you can go through it at your leisure to make sure that everything is exactly how you want it. If there are changes in the coming months, just let me know and I will send you a newly revised scripting, so we're always on the same page.  
• Rehearsal
  By this point, I will have worked with you to re-write the ceremony to include any changes, and so I will conduct the wedding rehearsal with your wedding party, family, and everyone else to make sure that everybody is completely
• Wedding day
  comfortable and confident. I will take care of the administration of your marriage license so you can concentrate on more important things, like enjoying your big weekend. Now we'll be completely ready for your wedding! On your wedding day, I will arrive 30-45 minutes before your ceremony. By that time, we will have met to plan your wedding, you will have received your personalized and customized wedding ceremony scripting for your review, and I will have conducted your wedding rehearsal so everyone feels secure with how the wedding will go.
